Day 4!!

Hi everyone,

Well apart from yet again some very disturbing dreams, I am feeling fine! I haven't felt too bad throughout the last 4 days but I am hooping this isn't the calm before the storm! I think the fact that I haven't been around any of my smoking friends in the last 4 days has helped!

I'm getting slightly worried about these crazy dreams! I hope it is down to stopping smoking and not because I am actually going mental...in the mind! Haha!x

used to get them on a coupleof my first attemps at quitting proper weird dreams.

for instance a work collegue died and another work collegue was lying on top of that coffin.

they dont even like each in normal life

I'm glad mine aren't so morbid! :eek: Mine are just annoying, i'm trying to get somewhere or do something and some really weird obstacle is in my path, like last night, I was trying to find my handbag, but had to wear a HUGE coat in the process. I wonder what gems tonight will bring!x

Hi Hazza, trust me the dreams are so normal and when they stop you will possibly miss them, I thought that my mind had gone into overdrive and also some of the dreams where quite strange, but I must say there were no night mares as such, it’s a small price to pay for being smoke free I promise.

I am enjoying them to an extent, but I regularly wake up in the night anyway and now I can't get back to sleep quickly as i'm thinking of these weird dreams!

I was soo tempted to have a cigarette today, I got some really good news and wanted to celebrate, instead I went for a run!
