Morning everybody,

Such a different experience, tackling the quit beast for the second time. Much more respect. It is the start of day 2, and I feel fine. Still have the flush of the new beginning. Hold thumbs me and all the rest of the beginners.

All I know is, this site and the support it offers is fantastic. Thank you all.

This site is fantastic Peter....well done you for getting through that very first hurdle. It does get easier....am now on 3 weeks...but couldnt have done it without the support of people on here.:)

ur doing fab peter, keep it up, i know what u mean when u say about the flush of just beginning ur quit - but if u keep coming on here you'll get tons of support whatever stage ur at - ive been having a browse at 6months+ forum and theres still loads of encouragement on there, so glad i found this site.
