Made it to one year of not smoking...feels good, I cannot say I am never tempted as in fact recentley I have craved quite a bit...but I know the nature of this demon and will not succumb!

I only wish I had the same will power when it comes to losing weight.

A whole year smoke free is an amazing achievement and you should feel very proud of yourself. Knowing the nature of the demon is more than half the battle and you have won the war. I hope you have some wonderful treat planned.
