Day 26 - going fast now

Hi everyone - I have just got back from my holidays down in devon and a successful week away with alcohol and lots of spare time and not once have I smoked or even come close

Still having some crazy dreams including one where i had a nice new car only to wake up and find out i hadn't which was disappointing... My sleeping has got better now - still waking up early but not waking up as much during the night

Glad to hear you had a good holiday, sounds fairly perfect to me plenty to drink and plenty of time to do it.

Good to hear also that your sleep is getting better, my weird dreams only started after about 3 weeks and then stopped at about 6 weeks.

Soon be counting in months and not weeks, well done.

Glad i can help as I always find it hard to reply to posts - notice most of my posts are just like a blog of how its going rather than anything else - just seems to help me get things straight in my head - im glad it helps (makes me feel like im giving something back)

Hi stuey so glad you had a good holiday and have come back refreshed and still smoke free, funny the way the dreams are so real and then you wake up I had my first smoking dream last week and cried thought I had smoked in reality and I hadnt thank goodness, keep on upwards and you will be into the months in a couple of days thats when the time flys and quit get compulsive.
