Ive done 39 days and felling great: and also saved myself 250.71 (not bad)!
but I have treated myself every week, so havnt saved!
What is it with the coughing though, one week I dont cough at all, then three days coughing comes at once. Just felt it should off stopped by now..
Anyone got any thoughts on that?

My thoughts on coughing is it stinks LOL can’t say how long yours will last but I stopped cause I had really bad Virus and come Christmas I was coughing and wheezing so decided I would stop smoking for a couple of weeks and let it clear, which has turned into a 12 week permanent quit but the coughing with me carried on for maybe another two weeks and it was all nasty stuff ie black eeeek scary or what.
But I had been coughing for a week before so not sure how it works but chest seems clear now touch wood, because have read were cough comes back with a vengeance after 3 months so that would be a pain, I took some expectorant med that helped (I think) to shift it faster it will go though and its all part of the healing process todo with the little hair Follicles in your bronchia growing back, cause you killed them with all those toxins LOL
