Hi everyone,
Its been 21 days ive been a non-smoker, and feels good (THIS TIME)!
I have had a different approach on stopping..didnt want to put to much weight on, or have all the other emotions that go with it, ie: stress-anger-unhappy etc:
So one day i downloaded an application for my I-phone.. (Stop Smoking with Max Kirsten)..I also ordered the quit pack from NHS and decided that when it arrives at my door, That was my quit day..9-02-2010. Anyway to cut a long story short..Max has helped me look at LIFE in a different way! (so thanks to Max)
