Well done. Are you finding it a bit surreal? I have smoked for so long I find it odd that I can just carry on as normal without smoking - in a good way - but still odd.

Hi lindylou,

Well done and keep it up. We can do it!!! Also on day 7 and honestly felt a little better today - could focus and hold a conversation without images of cigs popping into my mind. Just hope that day 8 (our 2nd week) continues in the same way or dare I say get even better. I just keep thinking 'fast forward' to a time when I will no longer wish to smoke and be free of the health worries, social stigma and have more money in my pocket.
