day 5

day 5 almost over for me and today has been a great day i havnt even thought about having a fag well not that i remember anyway lol my quit kit came today so i am going to put my chart on the wall and have great pleasure in putting stickers on days 1 2 3 4 5 and cant wait till i get to 1 week that is going to be a good feeling i treated my kids to a photo shoot today with the money i have saved by not buying any fags so instead of the money going up in smoke it has gone to some lovely photos of my kids cant wait for the photos to come back. well so far so good for me today lets hope i keep it up what i mean is that i am going to keep it up. this is a great forum to write your feelings down so they dont float around in your head and you can get all your feelings off your chest so thanks to this forum it is helping me big time just reading what other people have written makes you know you are not alone thanks guys for posting on the forum and everyone keep up the good work and well done for how you are all doing now take care xxx

5 days already superb effort well done to you, look what you have done today by hoaving that photoshoot of your kids ...you will be so pleased you have quit when you get the pics back...look at all the money you will save and what you can do with the money...... this forum like you say is a lifeline to al lot of people you can come and discuss all your emotions on here with fellow quitters so good luck to you hope your quit stay as good as it is now .......well done Lynnie you are flying now
