Its getting better but petrol stations and supermarkets are still kinda tricky, i dont linger around and or even look at that section,,,
Also grrrrrr, i was watching this french movie today called the prophet,, a warning, there is a cigarrete in the hands of most of the characters in most of the frames or scenes, need to avoid flicks like that,, whats up with these movies, man, smoking aint cool, theres no point printing pictures of lungs on the smoking packs when they still showing cigarettes are cool on the screen, if advertisements can be banned, THAN EFFING BAN THEM IN MOVIES AND IN ENTERTAINMENT INDUSTRY
Also one more thought, have you seen yourself or other smokers, have u seen how wrinkled we look, as compared to people who dont smoke,, that aint cool..
ok dokey got that of my chest, relaxed now,, ok gonna stay strong..
Just wanna add one more thing my stamina has hit the roof, went jogging on the treadmill, could go at 13 k for 20 minutes whereas before i would struggle on 8-9 k on the treadmill, keep at it..

Ryan your right why do they show so many people smoking in movies. They say kids are influenced by movies well won't this make kids think it's cool to smoke if they see it in movies.
My family have said I look alot better now that I have not been smoking. They say my skin looks better and my face is fuller and that I look so much better in general.
I am coming up on 3 full weeks this evening WOW! Can't say it's all being plain sailing, Champix isn't a wonder drug and I still have had some cravings. Nothing like I had though on my one previous attempt a couple of years ago using patches.
All in all I would say I am managing pretty ok, I have had a couple of side effects but none that are going to kill me - enough said lol
Well done almost three weeks I used champix as well and I agree it's not a wonder drug you still need willpower but it does make it much easier to do
