Demebted, well done on your quit. It takes a lot of strength to start right back like this. I have always used blips in the past to start smoking. Well done.

Demented,

I believe Ellie is quite correct when she states that it takes a hell of a lot of strength to get back up. Keep using that strength you are showing and keep single minded upon that.

If you haven't posted on the 'My reasons' section. Do so and keep re-visiting that whenever your resolve gets low...even when it's strong...keep it as a diary...a daily touchstone of strength.

Keep on keepin' on,

Cav

the thing about relapse is that the easiest thing in the world would have been to just smoke 10+ more after the first .. but to get back to quitting.. thats totally the right thing to do.. pick up, carry on and get back into the groove of your quit again.

Good luck.. glad you did this.

Well done!

Ah, well done Demented. I was delighted to see this post this morning.

You can do this. You have proved it to yourself over the last 24 hours.

Keep going and keep posting.

Well done, glad you got straight back to it, all that work before your blip won't have been for nothing.

Stay focussed on the future, forget the past, you're gonna be great.
