Hi there,

I was suppost tp stop on sunday but I couldn't and it made me feel awful. I smoked on monday till 8:00 pm and I have not smoked since.

Yesterday was my day 14 on the tablets and I had no cravings at all. I was in uni, outside with smokers and it did not bother me one bit.

I hope it will carry on like this!lol

Zai

Well done, keep thinking positively, educate yourself about the nicotine addiction and you will for sure win.
