Well can't believe am posting this, 11 Months 2day, and a short month, so soon be my anniversary..... Never would have believed this 12 months ago, when I was stopping, starting and so on...... I was a serial quitter and never thought I could do it. I probably wouldnt to be fair if I hadnt found this forum.
I have been popping on alot more lately as my friend ShazieB has joined us, and may I say doing excellent at 5 weeks now. I mentioned to Sharon how this forum had helped me and kept me on the right track. Think I have got her addicted now.... Lol.......
The first 6 months of my quit couldnt keep off the forum, and I would like to say A BIG THANK YOU to everyone who has supported me. Also good luck to everyone new & old to the forum.. Keep Strong.. Big Hugs Kaz x x

That One Year milestone is really looming large now - feels a bit strange to say this, but I would say that as it has got closer there is more of a feeling of inevitability now. Couldn't have imagined saying that 10 or 11 months ago!
I am sure there are many other MMQs still going strong, and I'm looking forward to them all coming on and posting their success over the next few weeks.
OMG Kaz 11 months to that date, many congratulations, how fab are you!!!....:D
Without you I probably would still be smoking at this time plus would have never come onto this wonderful forum. You have been a complete rock to me on my road to quiting, you are always on the other end of the phone when I have had hard times and I cannot thank you enough mate.
So so proud of you as I know how hard you have found the quit at times plus with all the added stress you have had over the last 12 months with you know what, but look at you now nearly in the penthouse.
