I cant believe its been nearly a year, what a journey!
I've been working out, running and hiking for about 9 months now, things i just couldnt do as a smoker. I am feeling fit, healthy and strong and that helps me to stay positive about my quit and life in general.
For me, the more i invest into my overall health, the less likely i am to start smoking again. Its just too much to throw away.
