Hi jamangie
i doubt anybody would ever get a zero unless you live in some remote place were there are no cars or any industry anything between 0-8 is a non smoker put will all ways be higher if you live in busy city ie london were there is lots of traffic mine is probaly a bit higher as i work as a driver so spend lots of time in traffic so lots of carbon monoxide about.
Great job, Dave! (You, too, Jamangie) 5 weeks is excellent... amazing how fast our bodies heal themselves... both of you are sounding happy and positive, keep it up!
