5 Weeks!!!

I made it to 5 weeks at 6pm :).

I'm delighted to have got this far although the past week or so has been quite a challenge. Thank you to everyone who's PM'd me, left me a Visitor Message, or written something in a post to offer me support while I felt I was going out of my mind!! I can't even begin to express how much that means to me :). A mere 'thank you' just doesn't seem enough somehow.

Anyway, I'm still off the fags and determined to beat this addiction!!

So stay strong everyone and we'll all make it to the Penthouse!!

I think today has been a big turnaround for me didnt really think or feel anything about ciggies today.. Now that is a big change for me its been 8 weeks 2 days... so you keep going and you will see the bad thoughts get less and less each week..well done !!!
