5 weeks done whoop whoop!

Well here I am, I just completed Week 5 a few minutes ago:D Quite handy that I don't have to pack up all my belongings to move into another room on here, I've got another 3 weeks to do that:p It all seems a bit surreal at the moment like I can't believe I did it, and I'm kind of thinking 'how did that happen I wonder LOL' but it did. The past week has been a bit tough but at least I got through it. Now I'm trying to think of the improvements in myself since I quit. Well first the obvious one, I don't stink of stale smoke. I used to be able to smell it on myself, so goodness knows what I smelt like to other people. My circulation feels better, my feet actually get too hot in bed now LOL!! I can walk further and faster, and carry my shopping home from Tesco's. No mean feat as the other day I had 2.5k of potatoes, a large cauliflower, a bag of onions and other heavy stuff. I had given up on the shopping thing, I thought I was getting old but it was the fags:eek: And another thing, my elderly Mum is gobsmacked and has one less thing to nag me about:p but I am sure she has something up her sleeve ooher....

So just a few improvements and hopefully more to come. I just wish I could do something about my awful temper....

Oh well, I'm having spag bol for lunch so time to go and put the spaghetti on.

Hope everyone is having a great day,

TC,

Zoe

Well, I've never known a Mum to run out of things to nag about - it's just what we do! (when we're not sitting round the cauldron and scaring dragons of course):p

Zoe - I can't tell you how pleased I am for you! You should be so proud of yourself.

There's no going back now, is there?

Mrs T, I know exactly what is next on my Mum's agenda.... and if she mentions even one little dickiebird about me needing to lose weight she will be wearing the contents of the bloody cauldron hubble bubble and all:p;)
