Good to see some of the ol names on here still supporting everyone......I don't get much time myself due to my lil girls (both under 4) So it's really nice that other people out there support all the new quitters.

What can I say? Well I'm coming up to 5 months of being a non-smoker now and I can honestly say I really don't think about starting again, or having just the one drag. The thought just doesn't cross my mind.

I am so so proud of myself for stopping and of all the other quitters out there. Well Done and keep at it. It really does get easier and as we all know the benefits are just amazing. I feel so much more alive at times it's just brilliant.

Nice to be reading that you also had stuck at this and are going to be 5 months quit 3 days before christmas Good reason to raise a glass or 3 in celebration i'd say

Its going to be so nice not having to stand outside in the sub-zero temparatures over christmas for a smoke don't you think? I sure as heck don't miss that.

So congrats on sticking with the plan, and indeed on you upcoming month 5 milestone as you will then enter your 6th month.. whoohoo
