Day 6... The loneliest day of my life

Been one hell of a boring day. I smoke when im bored like most smokers do. Now even that little comfort is gone. Iv been craving for the past 10 hours and im going insane. Stil havent had a smoke.... This may be good for my body bt il be suprised if im not in a mental institution within a week.

Good on you for not smoking whilst being so bored..... at least you know you can go without.... next time though, do something pro-active, useful or fun with your time..... the cravings and the want for a smoke will be a heck of a lot less to deal with..... it really is useful if you can replace the void with something positive .......... much better than being carted away in a straight jacket

Nearly a week that's great keep it going I'm sorry you've had a long boring day today but well done not giving in

Pol is right though if/when you get another day like this keep busy doesn't matter what you do but do something anything at all

I always kept a couple of puzzle books nearby for days like that

Trust me, im not doing nothing by choice, i just dnt feel like doing anything. Besides Electricity is off at my house. Its been off the entiere day. So my car is stuck in the garage (electric doors). Im currently on my laptop using my cell phone as a modem. Luckily im going out in an hour or 2.

A day without electricity and without being able to jump in your car???. Oh dear that was going to be a long boring lonely day with or without a ciggie. That should make every other day from now on so much more pleasant. You did achieve something great though. You didn't smoke. Congratulations

yesterday I was manic and the day passed with only a few craves, being busy definatly helps.. good luck I hope today is better for you

Congratulations on day 6 and not going stir crazy with the lack of electricity.... all should be getting much easier soon for you.... I'm at day 21 now, and the craves are so easy to deal with....
