Hello sweetheart
They are our crutch, they are what we cling to when we have a bad day and we all understand how you feel.
However the one thing that gets me through is knowing that I have to give up at some stage (we all do) and I've done 1 month and frankly it's been a really up and down month and if I smoke I will have to do that 1 month of hell again and I can not put myself or hubby through that.
Elaine you have been through that hell my love, BUT you have come so far.
On a different note, DON'T EVEN THINK OF LEAVING ME WITH THIS LOT!! I need you, remember that, I NEED YOU.
Awww thanks Christine your such a huni i swear
Just feeling sorry for me... guna have cup of tea and go bed maybe il feel better tomorrow....
Thanks sweetie xxxx
Hi Elaine
I hope you feel better today
We all get days like that especially early in a quit but as Christine says they were our crutch feel bad reach for a fag any reason at all had us reaching for them
Now we have to learn to live without them and it tales time but you can do it we can all do it
I promise it does get easier and you'll feel so much better for stopping smoking
Love
Marg xx

How are you today sweetheart??
hey Elaine, I hope you are feeling better today and feeling proud you have resisted temptation .... and... I need you too! you, Christine and I are in this together, remember?
xxxx
I think it is great that you found the strength you needed all on your own. You have the ability to fight off that nico-demon now. Congratulations. I have had many times where I really, really wanted to have "just one" but so far I have not. If you become tempted again remember whatever you said or did outside that petrol station.
Hi Elaine, You know there will be up and down days, just keep hanging on to the fact that the longer you're off cigarettes the fewer the down days.
Well done for resisting. We're all in this together and we're all going to get through it.
