Well today is day 2 for the 100th time! Feeling good, last night was actually pretty easy, stayed busy and that seem to make the night go by faster, but still need to find something to do to keep me busy all the time for a while. I have the patches on stand by in case I need them but really trying to stay away from them and go CT.

I too did CT, keeping busy is good, lets face it your only on day 2 this time so whatever works at this stage is fine. I ate my own weight in chocolate, wish I had gone down the "keep busy" route!
Very soon on to the 4-7 room, keep going you are doing really well.
Day 2 is awesome. Like Bev I stopped CT this last time. Had tried loads of different ways before but CT obviously was the one that done it for me.
Jack makes a valid point about putting in the time. You'll have times of up and down. Try to prepare for them and build in some contingency plans for dealing with various times. It seems crazy to think that you should build in contingency plans for when you feel really good. However, the danger of feeling real good is that one becomes complacent and thinks, "acht, one will no matter".
Start to get your head around this fantastic opportunity of stopping poisoning yourself.

Hi Michelle
Day two CT excellent one more day of nastiness and your body will start to feel good, you will have flushed all that nicotine out of your body (drink plenty of fruit juice this will flush it out quickly). Once the nicotine is out you are on the road to freedom, just keep busy and positive, just be prepared for the ups and downs ... you will do this Michelle and i wish you all the best keep posting everyday, all your good and bad days, as there are loads of nice people on here to support you
