Day 9 and still smoke free!!!

Back from looking after the grandchildren and managed to keep them under control without a fag!

I haven't noticed much difference in the way I feel yet...I think I'm sleeping heavier and don't leap at of bed as soon as my eyes are open like I used to (to have me first fag).

I have been able to identify smokers when I pass them in the street god did I really smell like that for years? how has hubby put up with that for all these years? I'm going to knight him when he gets back

Another strange thing is that I haven't replaced the fags with food or anything else...wonder if that's the champix?

Anyway, all is good in JJ's world at the moment (I'll pay for saying that, I know I will!)
