Thank you so much for post,  indeed in the early stages of your quit, it's all quite normal to feel emotional, but it will pass.

9 days  is truly Awsome, people will read your post, and wish they had indeed done 9 days.

Your doing fantastic, but all these situations that arise, are quite normal, quitting smoking is a huge change, but better times ahead I promis.

Do anything just don't smoke, your body is beginning to Thankyou over and over again,

Have done wonderful, just get through tonight, another day done.

Fantastic, keeping every thing crossed tomorrow is a better day for you

Welcome Nettynoono, well done on 9 days, that is great!    What you are feeling now is perfectly normal and should pass in another week or so.   You will feel that you are loosing the plot but remember you have lost your so called best friend and the brain must re-wire no longer getting the nicotine fix.....Wishing you strength, hang in there, it will so be worth it, take one day at a time.   Look forward to reading your progress...

Hi, have you tried going without e-cig? Nicotine is not that strong of a drug but it is a nasty thing. First thing when quitting that needs to be done is to eliminate nicotine addiction.

I started using an e-cig but made absolutely sure the "juice" I'm using in nicotine free. I find it helps when I'm in a social situation where there are smokers. I'm coming up to 3 weeks and I know that there's no reason to start again! All the nicotine should be out of my system by now! :)

hiya still smoke free!!😊😊 I am 6 weeks and 1 day, so I think that will make me 43 days 😊 I was just thinking yesterday how much easier it is getting, depression seems to have lifted, sleeping is better, and not breathless when climbing the stairs, my only issue now is weight and bloating, trying to walk every couple of days, managed 5 miles so feeling proud and smug😁. This group has been a godsend for me definitely helped me to stay strong 😊😊😊

hi nozmo I love my name too!! Well done on the zero % e cig, I am on the 12mg just now hoping to start on the 6mg on Monday, slow and steady wins the race!!! Thanks for the encouragement 😊😊

Definitely slow and steady for me too. Took over four months to get down to zero but I barely noticed the difference on each step down. I think if you take it too quick it could cause problems. Good luck with 6mg Monday...
