Day 5

Well here I am Day 5. Feel like I'm coasting into my quit now having been through all this before in the not so distant past.

Must admit. It's much easier now that I'm not living with a smoker. I don't have that constant reminder like I had every time he would nip out for a fag.

Also, bit of a bonus to splitting up with the bf, is that even though I've not been smoking and without even trying I have managed to lose 5 pounds. Another 3 pounds to go and I'm back to what I refer to as my "fighting weight".

So..I am off to spread some love and cheer to the masses at work
