Well that was a rough one :eek: jesus 24 x 200 metres with one min recovery and this was a light session god i hope i am ill next Thursday. So hows your evening anything good on the box, i am about too watch part two of Waking The Dead, with a nice brew and a cheeky packet of Jammy Dodgers mmmm mmmm mm , i opened the cupboard a minute ago and a packet of Chocolate Hob Nobs was giving me the come on ........ they can wait till tomorrow ...floosy's

I know - get me I am actually allowed on the computer for a bit lol.

I am in bed with the laptop, OH is playing COD on the PS3 I can here him swearing at the tv everytime he gets blown up (you would think he would learn by now to bloody duck or hide). Eldest is on FB and the phone at same time in her room. Boys and SD are tucked up fast asleep.

So I thought I would come on here for a bit and see what was happening

I dont know how you do it, I havent even got the bloody energy to run downstairs to get a bar of chocolate

"you dont know how i do it" i dont know why i do it lol ..... nah only joking i like track night most nights i am doing between 5-8 miles so Thursday is a nice change helps me get my times down in races before i give up smoking i ran the manchester 10k in 59 mins two weeks ago i ran a cross country 10k in tatton Park in 50 mins so i am getting there ... In bed with the laptop you say lol i do that. Jesus 5 years ago i would be in bed but i wouln't be browsing the web only running i would be doing is chasing someone upstairs

so do you feel a bit better now ? had a rough day there didn't you.:mad: who is SD i have missed something there havn't I ?

Yeh it was - there was the little wibble this morning Then work went manic couldnt believe the amount of bloody accidents that were happening that I had to sort and it all starts again tomorrow.

SD is my Step Daughter - I have 2 of my own and half the week we have OHs kids as well - thursday, friday, sat and sun one week then thurs, fri and sat the other week, this is 4 night week which with OH working is just bloody grand but I dont mind they are good kids overall. Just wish they would learn to pick up after themselves little buggers., but wouldnt change them for anything not even a fag right now lol.

I cant run, never have been able to but I have been thinking that now I am supposed to have all this good health and energy I should do something but its finding the time with working full time and 4 kids or should I say 5 most of the time but deffo wont be running.

Go Swim hun or ride a bike both good for your health and low impact on your body anything really you will be surprised about your energy levels..... mmm Jammy Dodgers they went down well, only 12 in a box tight arses :eek:
