Day 3 I never made it this far and im thinking about going up to the store and get some this is crazy. I know i can do it. Getting laid off a year ago and still cant find a decent job just makes me want to smoke but i think i can do it I will keep fighting

Hi Harry, and welcome. sounds like you are having a bit of trouble with day 3. if you read the forum you will find that lots of us have problems with the 3's, day 3, week 3, month 3.
Sorry to hear you are having trouble getting a job, but you are much more likely to get a job as the non smoker you now are, you will smell better, but much stronger and healthier, and of course it will save you loads of cash.
Just choose not to smoke today, and then in the morning choose not to smoke again.
You can do this, i will be here if you need support and so will lots of others.
Welcome to the forum, Harry. What you're feeling is normal....... just try to stay sane. Reading up on this site and links provided in members signatures will help as it will let you better understand what you are going through. You will probably feel much, much better tomorrow. Hang in there.... it gets better
