I made the decision to quit cold turkey to start with about 4 weeks ago and been doing reasonably well with help of nicorette microtab classic tablets under the tongue (take 2-3 a day nicotine hit).
I am having a habit I guess of craving badly a ciggy in the evening and allowing myself sometimes. Any ideas how to cope with this one so I can move on with the no smoking.
Keep up the great work everyone!
Thanks in anticipation
Annie
