its day 3 of my quit & i just wondered if anyone is on day 3 too?? kind of feel alone on day 3

Three days, 20 hours, 20 minutes and 31 seconds. 76 cigarettes not smoked, saving £21.85. Life saved: 6 hours, 20 minutes.

Well done everyone on getting to day 3.....keep posting and reading everthing you can. I found it very helpful in my first few weeks reading other people's experiences and there ups and downs - it was kinda comforting to know I was not the only one feeling horrible and craving a fag, in fact I still find it comforting and I'm on day 50..........

ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!

if i remember day three was really quite tricky for me although my motivation was very strong at those points.

i can assure you that the urges/cravings disappear the longer you are quit!

keep posting on here and never ever give up!!!
