Right, well last night I got quite a lot of cravings. I think it's that day 4 thing that everybody talks about. Well, I'm onto day 5 now, and feeling sooo positive. Life is good, it's a gorgeous day here - feel like hugging everyone in the street lol. Just been shopping for some floss harps :p.

Caroline, Lee, and every other recent quitter, keep it up.

Day 5 Its a good number that makes you really realise your doing good.Yeah the weather is great here as well.Thanks ill do my best to keep it up.

I'm going to see a friend tonight, probably go to the pub, but no alcohol. And NO cigarettes lol. I think it'll be quite a refreshing experience, I'm catching the bus in 45 minutes. I might not be able to post really tomorrow, but I'll catch you peeps very soon. Keep it up, your body and mind deserve it!
