Yay for day 5 - feeling the same as you, but with slight trepidation about the weekend... no beer, no cigs, will end up with a very clean house I think!
Good work and well done to all who've made it this far!
......or two. One Friday lunchtime habit i am not ready to give up!! Didn't have a cigarette and actually felt sorry for my smoking friend who went out in the rain just to feed his addiction. I always said i would never be one of those smug ex smokers, but hey ho!!!
Well done Beccy, well done all of us who have made it through these first few difficult days. Seems to be quite a few Feb newbees, maybe we should form a little gang to keep the long term'ers in order:rolleyes: would have to find a name of course. Open to suggestions guys and gals.
Bring on the weekend and the start of another week free of this bloody
No, still here, had a bit of drama last night I put my script in for some more Champex and was told 30 mins, said i would call back later, when i went back they said they had runout of Champex but would have some in today. I was ok last night without a tab, but this morning i was a bit twitchy as i watched my OH rolling up one of her pentonville pencil's:eek: I was outside the Chemist most of the morning, waiting for the delivery arrive
I had to get mine yesterday morning, and they had ran out of champix, but luckily they got me some to keep me going! Picked the other pack up this morning!!
Miracle tablets i think!! Glad you're still doing well - any names for our Feb Quitters group yet??
BeccyBoo Ooh, you doin the doin the doo!!! Well done
Day 5 you're through the worst days now, and you do right to keep your guard up, you'll have some great easy days and some days not so good, but you take them all as they come. None of the discomfort of quitting will damage your health, it will only benefit it. So its all worth it, every bit.
You come out the other side smiling and sticking your two fingers up at the nicotine demon, this will not beat you!
