Hi everyone and especially the MMQ Crew:D,

im on day 36 today and hope everyone has had a good easter and ate lots of chocolate!

I feel good at the moment and have been catching up on posts from on here and tonight ive posted to some new members with my experiences and a bit of advice and it feels really strange to think i have anything valuable to say to help others when ive received so much help from everyone on here.

It would be so good to help any one else on their journey and i didnt think i would ever feel comfortable within myself to offer advice to others but maybe it does really help your own quit and let us see how far we have come and that when we reach back to the time we have been at and maybe struggled, that we can offer a helping hand to those behind us.

Probably dont make any sense to anyone but hey, my head is usually a bit fuzzy at this time of day.

Keep smiling:)

Great well done you 36 days quit

I am so pleased you feel good as well

Of course you have something of value to say just recounting your experiences helps others that's what we all do after all

Great job, Tracy... 36 days is huge :D You most definitely have very valuable things to share.... you have gone through so many stages of this quit and others who have not come as far will be very glad to know of your experiences..... so don't hold back :D

Hi Tracy,

Big grins for 36 days :D:D:D!

Nearly looking at completing a month myself, and pretty chuffed about it.

Of course your experiences are relevant, in the same way that those of others were helpful to us. And especially relevant, I would say, to people just at the start of their quit.

Anyway, congrats, keep strong and keep going.

Deke

Hi rach, first a great big well done on 32 days, thats fantastic you should be so proud!

As regards to the weight, yes i think a lot of people put on some, i have about 1 stone and feeling quite frumpy at the moment, i think if you feel you want to join weight watchers then its fine but dont let weight become more priority over your quit, it is so much more important to stay smoke free and if you find it hard to tackle both together then i would become a non smoker first and deal with weight when i felt more confident about my quit.

Hope that helps, and welcome to the forum, there are loads of rearly lovely people on here who will help you so much, there are link pages on other peoples signatures that have lots to read and read and read, and will help you during your quit!
