Yep, you heard me........ Ive now been quit smoking for almost 11wks and lost a stone and a half (so far)

If anyone had told me last November that I would be the healthiest ive ever been by March id have laughed in their face....... I can hardly believe how far ive come to turning my life around this year, I pray I keep it up, i see no reason why I wont but i dont want to get cocky xxx

I also want to say, id never have come this far with my quit without you lot, especially Kat, you have an incredible way with words and really helped me through some real tough patches, as did a lot of you xxx

Anyway, just having a little brag because Im feeling quite proud of myself :)

Hope you are all staying strong xxxx

That's one hell of an achievement!

Quitting smoking tough enough, but losing all that weight at the same time!

Truly awesome. I'm not surprised you're pleased with yourself.

Thanks all :)

My partner booked a holiday to take my daughter and I to Disneyland in November and I couldnt bear the thought of going on a once in a lifetime trip and hiding away from the camera or hating the pics, thats my main motivation.

The quitting smoking started when i went out for a fag, came back and and there was a huge spider on my neck, I then decided enough was enough lol :) xxx

Thats my story in a nutshell lol :) xxx
