i'v read allen carr so many times i could guess the word on th nxt page! so i'v changed tact this time-never take another puff-same mesage in different words-

one thing in it has stuck-try this-

take a gud breath-hold it in-take another smaller breath-hold that in too-now c how much oxygen u can inhale into ur lungs-without breathin out the whole lot-everytime i'm tempted to smoke i'm doin this-

i'm stoppin nom b4 it ruins my health and this forum's a winner dude!
