Happy Easter Marg well done with your savings.

Just spent afternoon with our 2 daughters and the grandchildren in the park. It was a beautiful day but this morning I felt very aware of the fact that going to the park was a smoking thing as would be sitting watching etc. I knew from reading on here that those are times to watch, thank goodness this site is here for the bits of advice, but I hardly thought about it, in fact only when I saw someone doing it or smelt it. Maybe thay will ban it in parks and outside - that is really mean but I would love not to have to be around it any more.

Wow Marg-£1000 sounds amazing-really makes it all worthwhile-well done!

What's even more amazing though is the benefits to your health-think of all that healing your body has been able to do since you quit-let alone the damage you HAVEN'T done these past few months!

Have a fab time in Cornwall-we went last Whitsun and really enjoyed it-a truly traditional family break. Don't forget to sample the ice-cream-doesn't taste as good anywhere else!

Yes 145 days is good but this is for life with me now,yes I haven't spent £1,000 pounds on them and it makes me wonder where I ever found the money from

I can now afford to treat myself and I do I'm having a few days in Cornwall next Month and really looking forward to it but never fear fags are off the Menu for want of a better word

You're on 90 days yourself and so upbeat you help lots of people and I love reading your posts

Yes as you say this site is great, so freindly with every one helping each other how can we not succeed and we can all win this battle

The only tip I can give you is to carry on just as you are OK
