Hi Everyone

Can hardly beleive it myself but it's 4 months today since my last fag thats

120 Days

3,000 fags not smoked

£822.43 not spent on them

1 wk 3days 9hrs and 50 mins life saved

Feeling good and very proud of myself

Noticed in garden yesterday that a couple of Tulips and some grape hyacinths are in flower

I am off on holiday in May to Cornwall

Thats really great

It is nice to see the lovely flowers returning isnt it. I'm looking forward to all the lovely spring smells.

Cornwall will be fantastic, you'll love the smell of the sea. I live by the seaside and I still cant get over how fresh it smells in the mornings on my way to work.
