Finding it harder as the weeks go on i don't think its helping the fact that 90% of people i know are smokers! Constantly inhaling other peoples smoke, sometimes i can taste it in my throat for ages after, almost as if i had one MEHHH.
I think i'm being punished for finding the first few weeks so easy lol

I agree with Billy if you let yourself slide now you'll be so angry and disappointed with yourself
This is just those sneaky little b........d Nico  Demons up to their tricks again trying desperately to get you back in their power, don't let them do it
The real healing is almost on top of you hang in there as you have been
It's beyond me why nicotine is still legal when everyone knows full well what it does to you. I was reading one of them articles the other day, about that young lad who got blood clots in his legs or something, his toe went black and rotted and yet he continued to smoke till he lost not one but BOTH legs AND then it started on his fingers.. it's like WTF! Just goes to show what power nicotine actually has over us all Grr! FAGS or LEGS? You would think the answer would be obvious.
Anyhoooo rant over after almost 8 weeks! I'm too stubborn to give in to the nasty substance and waste all my effort. Nicotine can go to hell and die!
I'm so glad you feel better for a rant it really doe's help doesn't it
As to your question on why it is still legal, that's easy the government makes to much money from it to ban it so they sit on the fence and pay lip service to getting people quit
