Craving really bad

Hi All ...just stopped smoking 9 days ago i know not long but today the craving is getting worse and im on the stongest strength patches and inhalator :mad: just thought id look for a no smoking forum can believe ive found one

You can do it....

Stick at it, it only gets better..... Keep yourself really busy, I find sipping water takes my craves away, It works for me!! Good luck Keep up the good work so far Kaz

You've done really well getting this far 9 days is great just hang in there this is what we call the Nico :eek: Demons trying desperately to get you back in their power I promise you it will get easier for you very soon keep busy, go for a walk, read on here, shout whatever it takes you can fo this you've already done it for ninw days after all

As Karen said it only gets better Honest,not being able to concentrate is all part of quitting and doesn't last long although it's all part of the healing process we all have to go through
