So, a positive attitude and the knowledge that knowledge is key.....

Thanks for the quick reply guys. Yeah I know TKDJohn, He was a great help to me when I started my quit last time. I can't believe I failed my quit but I now truly understand the power of nicotine. I had just 1 ciggy at a party thinking it would do no harm. Boy was I wrong, before I knew it I was hooked again and straight back to square one.
Totally gutted but I'm here to give it one final push.

Hey Linda how you keeping Great to see you’re still logging on passing on your wisdom. You also helped me a lot during my first quit. Thanks for the advice mate and your right, Gutted to be back at the start but determined not to be here again. I should have stuck with this forum.

i quit for seven months about 5 years ago and thought I could have one fag, I bought a 20 pack that night, its taken me til now to stop again and Im never going through quitting again. this forum is so good!
