ENGLISHBULLTERRIERGIRL is BACK

Hi All

Well im sure you guessed by my absence i didnt suceed that time round either. This is now about my 6th attempt and i refuse to give in. I have all my fruits and juices ready for tomorrow. I know im going to feel like CRAP and i know i wont sleep but i really want to do this.

Give me the strength to fight this addiction ;)

    I replied to your bad mood attack on the other thread. Now that you're back here and we've got Trendy set for Monday and meself for Sunday we can play ketchup...erm cats up.......or however that is spelled.

    BTW It was by pure chance that I stumbled over your thread but it reinforced my idea that I have to quit now, not when I'm at work. Bad hair days will come and I don't want my students or my boss have to bear the brunt.

    All the best, you can do it. Find something to kick about for the mood attacks, and after a few minutes start laughing at yourself, at least that helps me in unrelated stress situations.

    Lol... ive had quite a few bad mood attacks over this stopping smoking game. But this time around im trying to be calm... and im going to give it my best shot ... the bad moods and lack of sleep etc will only be short lived. Then its freedom and health etc etc...

    I will look out for you on Sunday and Trendy on Monday.

    KEEP STONG LIKE THE ENGLISH BULL TERRIER ;)
