I'm Back

Hello all!

Been a while since i was here i know, i started again after six weeks quit cold turkey

But i lost a good friend to a motorbike accident, split up (and got back) with the girlfriend, and lost my nan too

all in all, not been a good year but im back, i had my last cigarrette at 11am yesterday and i am determined to stick with it this time.

I hope Andy and the others managed to stick it ok?

As i said im back, im sticking to it this time and im going to win! i look forward to seeing you all around the forums again

I had to come back here when i decided to try again because the support here is unmatched! you guys really help and when i started smoking again it was stupid and i felt like had let you guys down as well as myself!
