Day 9..........I still feel good about my quit. I am aware a bad day could be just around the corner, but I'll be ready for it. Got a bit down today reading one or two negative nellie comments from a certain person, but hey........ I won't let myself be affected by that.

Most of the members of this forum give warm and helpfull advice, and I have found it to be a great help to me. Keep up the good work everyone, it is very much appreciated. MMQ Crew doing great. Love J. x
