feel awful

I feel so ill I ache all over my skin is awful head is still pounding wonder if it is with stopping smoking for two weeks then having a lapse and then back on to it, my poor body doesnt know what is happening to it:confused:

Ive gone CT this time as I dont think NRT was helping me much. If it wasnt so windy I would go for a nice long walk but think I might get blown away Im only little

So sorry you feel really yukky today aching all over and a bad head as you say it could be because your body hasn't caught up with what's happening

Why not follow B B advice and go back to bed you will find sleep is a great healer
