I HAVE TO GET THIS NAGGING THOUGHT THAT'S CHIPPING AT MY BRAIN TO LEAVE ME ALONE !! SO AM HAPPY TO HAVE REACHED THIS DAY but I SAY IN LOWER CASE I FEEL STRONGER THAN I HAVE BEEN FEELING.
Not craving, just thinking how 'wierd' I feel for not smoking. That must be the habit side finally showing through?
Got paid today and for the first time in sooo many years I am not negotiating with £150.00 of notes that I would be burning away and that feels so so good to know I can get through the month without worrying in 2 or 3 weeks how I will afford my fags til the next pay pack.. Strange to think of it like that but every month i know I have enough of my hard earned wages to get through the first 2-3 weeks and then i start really budgeting for the final days of the month so i could afford my addiction.........
this has been a kind of rough few days but no doubt it will pass me by and i will have more easy ones ahead of me........

Hi, lots of people say it can get to you that third week. I certainly found it difficult mentally, it literally was as you say a nag nag nag feeling, not a desperate crave. All I can say is it passed for me after a few days, as it appears to have done for others,xx
23 days is really great well done.Glad you're not craving but sorry uo've had a rough few days to cope with but as you say it will pass and you will feel stronger for it as well
Why not treat yourself with some of the money you're saving on fags I do and it would give you such a lift My Latest treat to me is a 5 day coach tour holiday to Cornwall in May
thank you all for the replies and support, read about the dreaded 3's and i have to agree.....still least its only the nagging feeling and not cravings so i hope to be at all your stages and look back on this just like you all do xx
