Hi everyone, Well day 18 and struggled this week.... Not sure why but still sticking at it... Well done to everyone This is my first post but been reading everyones experiences and finding very encouraging. I have been going to the gym alot and sipping water which really helps.
Determined to get there this time after many attempts. Karen
