So, here I am, day 18... feeling ok, apart from the tiredness.

I have been in quite a stressed out mood today I decided to do a spot of painting in my lounge. Usually I like painting BUT, today everything seemed to go wrong. The paint I bought yesterday from Homebase is a night mare... and has the consistency of bloody water and it's not cheap paint either!! it was expensive stuff!! so everytime I tried painting the wall... it flicked on the other walls ( different colour ) and on the carpet GRRRRRRRR!!! So, then hubby has been building some gates out the back garden... and has some how trodden in dog dirt...then walked it in the lounge GRRRRRRRRRRR!!!! so I had to spray all that with disinfectant, then mop...mop and more mop....and I have to get the carpet cleaner out now ( as If I haven't got better things to be doing )... so as I was throwing a fit...and throwing the mop around...I managed to smack myself in the eye with the mop handle!!! OUCHHHHHHH :mad:..... oh that hurt A LOT!!! and now I have a little black eye to boot!!!! GRRRRRRRRRRR...... so this pushed me over the edge!! everyone got a tongue lashing!! hubby got told to P'ss off out!! and dog legged it upstairs ( she's female...she knows the best thing to do ) ;)!!! OK, so I sat on the sofa... put my head in my hands... took a few deep breaths..... counted to 1000,0000,0000 and then I carried on painting :-))

I'm ok now hehehe!! I've finished the painting... hubby said he will clean the carpets...and I've had a relaxful bath!! and i'm ready for life again now PHEWWWWW what a day ( my bloody eye still hurts though ) them mop handles are hard buggers lol

What a rotten day you have had,makes me almost glad to be at work today.

Oh Dear I know i shouldn't have but I had to laugh at your tale of day 18 what a day Phewwwwwww makes me tired just reading about it poor you but you didn't reach for a fag either

Hahahahaha It's ok marg.. even I can laugh now!! but I thought I was having a melt down earlier lol!! Oh well.. another day another experience lol

Wow what a day you have had, but one thing is wonderful in amongst all that - you did not smoke. You will probably not have a more stressful day while you are concentrating on stopping so you have cracked the worst its all up hill and good from here on.

Hahahaha have you read LOOK WHO'S BACK?? I have had a nightmare week let alone day lol!!!

I'm amazed that I haven't started smoking again at the rate of 1000 a day lol!!

I think someone is throwing all this at me early on to make me stronger ( well that's what I think, and I'm sticking to it lol )

Yep the dog has come back down... but the cat hasn't... That's another thing today!! He came home with a fat paw and limping this morning!! :mad: Waiting to see what he is like tomoz!! VET BILLS spring to mind Hoping he has just banged it!! GRRRRRR lol.... seriously...worst week ever lol

Thanks you... and yes the dog has come down!!! she is better than the men in the house!! she knows if she leaves me alone for 10 mins I will be fine!! shame the men haven't sussed that out yet lol!!

Anyway, i'm sat here with my 2nd cold beer waiting for my chinese take away... so things are looking up lol
