Good skills Kit Kat 19 days ...... yep laughing is good ......drinking is good here are some tablets for when you wake up tomorrow even put your pic on the pack

Pol me too have no life..i probably make the dancefloor about 3 times a year so thats why i am the only one ever on the dancefloor with people looking on thinking ffs lol xx

Burney I too wasnt brave enough for night out & with a lot of persuasion from a friend I decided to go last minute.....& on previous quits I kept putting off nights out until it became a big deal in my head...trust me I would have been the very first person to smoke last night coz of my relation to the whole night out thing.. I thought in my head right just pretend your going shopping:)but just having a few drinks........So i went & the only hard part was with when i was ready to go out..& my first drink....i thought I would come home feeling miserable & depressed coz I didnt have a smoke But the opposite happened Amazing x(luckily though non of my friends who went out smoked)

19 Days almost done & I am good xxxx ha ha xx
