No, don't let that nasty weasle of a Nicodemon win. You've come this far and the last thing you want to do is throw it all away and start again. Hang on in there and try to distract yourself - read some of the sites suggested on here, go for a walk, do the washing up, wash the dog, sing, do anything but Don't SMOKE!!!
Thanks, but some times not as easy that and we all know that, i was fine untill last night, when some family problems happend and i didnt get a wink off sleep and to top it all of i now have a cold and a really sore throat.
Woah there don't panic take a deep breath You know this is not you it is those nasty sneaky b........d Nico  Demons you have starved them and they are desperate to be fed DON'T FEED THEM IF YOU DO YOU WILL BE BACK IN THEIR POWER AGAIN WHICH IS WHAT THEY WANT you are just about through the first and worst week and I promise it will start to get better very soon just hang in there find something to do I don't care what but keep busy with something and it will be you who is the winner of this battle of wills not them
Every time you fight them it gets easier to do it again until one day they will just give up and you will have won the war
Sorry about your family problems and that you feel a bit yukky but you ask could today get worse?? The answer is yes you could give in to those Demons and smoke that would be make it much worse beleive me
Hope your day goes ok and sorry to hear about the sore throat and cold - mind you, it should help to put you off smoking... I know how it feels tossing and turning all night - horrible. Hopefully you'll sleep better tonight.
