I am setting Monday 16 March as my quit day. Have all the aids I hope I need from Boots (free at the moment after a consultation with a very nice trained lady adviser).
May need loads of help and suport - planning a bit of gardening if the weather stays fine.
Any other tips? There is a limit as to how much time I can spend in bed.
