Read the posts on here you will find a lot of tips and advice and in the signatures of a lot you will find links to other sites just click on them Here are 2 I find very good to start you off whyquit.com and woofmang.com Read, read and then read some more as the more you read and learn about why you smoked and about your addiction the easier your quit will be
Don't worry about your OH he will give up when he is ready just as you are
I actually found it good to start with. My OH and myself have tried to quit together on many occasions and each time we would pick and poke at each other to try and create a good enough argument to warrent one or the other stomping off to buy smokes.
This time I did it on my own as he backed out. I felt brilliantly smug that i did it and he stank and took great delight in banishing him to the garage to smoke. Well done and keep going! Read Marg,s links. They, and this forum, are the key to a succesful quit. x
