So, today is my 8th day smoke-free. I have to say, not too bad! I think I've had a couple of cravings but, overall it hasn't been as horrible as I thought. As some have said, I miss the habit of going outside and sitting to smoke. Other than that, I'm waiting for all of the benefits of the quit to pop in!

Sounds like you got your mindset right. Not got mine quite right but it is definatly better than ever before. Even debating getting the Alan Carr book to get my mind sorted once and for all
