Well, survived day 4, small miracle in itself as I did find it very hard.

It's great that there are several of us dealing with the first week... I can certainly agree with how people are feeling, I've had highs and lows.

Today is a good one for me (so far!)

Hope everyone else is coping ok too.

xx

Well done you! 5 days is brilliant. As Linda said its nearly a week and sooner than you know you'll be counting in months.

The bad days will become fewer and the good ones more plentiful, as time goes on. Just keep on doing what you are doing and don't smoke!

Best wishes

Nic

Well done, the first bit is an endurance test but it does get a lot easier quite quickly :)

Just keep it going :D

Well done girls your doing fab. You may not think 5 days is much but the first 5 days are the hardest so you are doing great. Also every thing starts with the very first step. xxxxx

Thanks guys 'n gals!

I do feel that the cravings are fewer now, but physically I feel a bit of a wreck! It's partly due to the remnants of a xmas cold, so I'm hopeful that next week I'll be fighting fit again (not that I was ever that fit!).

Day 1 seems like ages ago now.. this is certainly turning into the longest week of my life! But I also know that because I haven't smoked it is also one of the best.
